Our History

Employees, Officers, and Directors of Unity Bank of Mississippi feel fortunate to have the opportunity to provide banking services to the citizens of such a culturally diverse and historically significant community. Unity Bank was founded in 2021 by the merging of two long-standing community banks, Merchants and Farmers Bank and First State Bank. With a combined experience of over 225 years, Unity Bank of Mississippi will continue the tradition of community and service.
